BF wall joint compound is a water-washable, highly filled joint material and is used for the chemical-resistant grouting of ceramic tiles and stoneware tiles in the industrial sector.

It is suitable for new and re-grouting of ceramic industrial floors in dairies, breweries, butchers, food production areas, neutralization tanks, battery charging stations and special facilities of the chemical industry.

BF wall joint compound hardens after addition and homogeneous mixing of the hardener component to a hard material at normal temperature. The shrinkage-free curing of the material has a special influence on the excellent flank adhesion to the ceramic substrate.

BF wall joint compound is easy to apply, liquid-tight, chemical-resistant, solvent-resistant and insensitive to superheated steam.

The curing reaction proceeds without elimination of volatiles.

Of particular importance is the compatibility of the material with water and a small addition of wetting agent. Due to the emulsifying effect, accumulations of material at joint edges can be removed in an environmentally friendly manner without any risk of a reduction in quality. For repairs under operating conditions, e.g. in food companies no odor nuisance is to be expected.
